Tomorrow, America will watch as Democratic leadership decide whether to accept the U.S. Constitution as ultimate decider in Illinois Senate appointment.  Under the U.S. Constitution, Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is entitled to appoint Barack Obama's replacement.  The Democrats have failed to take responsibility for nominating Blagojevich for Governor and electing him to the position where he would have such authority.  For years, liberal Democrats have been telling their party to stop pushing money favorites into high positions and to start listening to the will of the people.   The Constitutional option for those who don't want  Roland Burris is to elect a new Senator, such as Jesse Jackson, Sr or Jr, Danny Davis or Cynthia McKinney, in 2010.

Rod Blagojevich, who has been portrayed as a jerk and a criminal on TV, has still not been convicted on any crimes.  Some feel it is hypocritical for Democrats to try to take away Blagojevich's powers for corruption crimes of which he has not yet been convicted while crimes against humanity, allegedly committed by George W. Bush, have been whitewashed by the Democratic leadership.   Has the Democratic leadership given Republican leaders Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free Cards?

Norm Coleman, the man many liberal Democrats suspect of a connection to the  apparent assassination of Paul Wellstone, his wife, his daughter and others, has lost his bid for re-election to the Paul Wellstone's U.S. Senate Seat.  Liberal Democrats, who would have preferred someone more liberal than Al Franken as the Democratic nominee for Senate in Minnesota, are ecstatic regarding the victory of Al Franken.  Many point to possible murder and clear election tempering as the reasons for Coleman's 2002 election.  No charges were ever filed and, while Wellstone's family conducted an independent investigation, the Democratic Party has failed and refused to check into the unusual circumstances revolving around Wellstone's death.  No charges were filed in connection with the incident.  Minnesota election officials have stated that they will be certifying Al Franken as the winner after the recount placed Franken hundreds of votes ahead of Coleman.

Democrats have a long history of letting Republicans get away with major crimes while punishing Democrats for any media allegations of wrong doing.

Tomorrow, as Congressional Democrats return to putting together a package of tax cuts for big businesses, those big business are expected to continue to do business with the rogue Olmert Government that has, by conservative estimates, killed more than a thousand innocents in Palestine in its latest offensive.  During this latest offensive, Olmert's forces continue to prevent medical aid from getting into Gaza as the injured and dying, flooding hospitals, await those supplies.  A large percentage of those dying are children.  Doing business with rogue governments is nothing new for U.S. big businesses, several of which profited from their alliances with Adolph Hitler during World War II.   George W. Bush, whose family was in business with Adolph Hitler during World War II, has spoken out in favor of Olmert's offensive, which amounts to ethic cleansing.   Activists say that the number one organization doing business with Israel and providing them with weapons used in attacks on Palestinians is the United States Government.  Human rights activists are demanding that the U.S. Government discontinue its promotion of the Israeli war machine and instead support Israeli peace activists who disapprove of the actions of their government.

Why has Congress failed to act against the ethnic cleansing being practiced on the Palestinian people?  Some feel that support for the Israel war machine relates to bribes taken by members of the U.S. Government from AIPAC, the PAC of the pro-war faction in Israel.  Some leaders, such as Dennis Kucinich and Maxine Waters, have refused these bribes.  Others, such as Nancy Pelosi, have taken big bucks from AIPAC.While running for President, Barrack Obama pledged his support for AIPAC, but will the slaughter change his position?  Amnesty International and other neutral organizations have documented what are being called Crimes Against Humanity committed by the pro-war Government in Israel.  Peace activists in Israel are hoping for regime change in their government.  That's not likely to happen as long as members of the U.S. Government take in large sums from the pro-war faction in that country. More and more Israeli servicemen, who are forced into service, are expected to join the thousands of Israeli servicemen, who have refused to fight the Palestinians.

Additional questions surround what may have been an assassination attempt on Cynthia McKinney as a boat of humanitarian aid, she accompanied, was rammed and fired upon by Olmert's forces in the international waters of the Mediterranean.  Will Congress investigate?
