McKINNEY V PAUL
THE DREAM ELECTION
Special Report and Commentary by the Creative Youth News Team

It's happening. The Democrats, Republicans and Greens have
candidates running who are guiding Americans towards their dream
election, the one where the best candidate from each party runs against
the best candidate from the other parties.
California's Secretary of State's office has confirmed that Cynthia
McKinney is on the list of candidates submitted by the Green Party.
This list was filed October 8, 2007. Last night, Ms. McKinney
stated that the announcement would come from the Secretary of States
office this week in California. This fits that description.
Dennis Kucinich's name is on the Democratic list and Ron Paul's
name is on the Republican list. All these candidates have to do
is get their people to the polls in the February election.
If a pro-war Republican is nominated, peace Republicans are expected to
vote for Kucinich or McKinney. If a pro-war Democrat, such as
John Edwards, Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama is nominated, peace
Democrats are expected to vote for McKinney or Paul.
This changes the balance in the parties and opens up the general
election to party-jumping by members dissatisfied with their
nominee. McKinney will definitely get the Green nomination.
If the Democrats and Republicans want to have a popular candidate,
their best bets are Kucinich and Paul.
