Should National First Choice for President be Excluded From Debates?
Special Report and Commentary by the Creative Youth News Team

ABC and Fox are refusing to allow peace candidates to compete in their New Hampshire Debates.  Excluded are Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel and  Ron Paul, the only candidates who genuinely opposed the war in Iraq from the start through the present.  Dennis Kucinich has won national poll after national poll, winning 77%  of the vote in the independentprimary.com poll of 80,153 Democratic-leaning voters, 47 out of 50 states in the Democracy For America poll of over 154,000 Democrats, 46 out of 50 states in the Progressive Democrats of America poll and additionally winning the nationwide poll conducted by the Nation Magazine.  In these polls, Kucinich won New Hampshire.  Dennis Kucinich has even won polls conducted by the John Edwards campaign.  ABC wants us to believe that it's survey of a handful of people is more reliable than the votes of over 100,000 Democrats.  By excluding Kucinich from the debates, ABC is trying to mislead the public into believing that Kucinich is no longer in the race.  ABC is using millions of dollars worth of time to mislead the public on behalf of its chosen candidates.

ABC has listened to the wishes of John Edwards, who wanted to exclude peace candidates from the debate.  John Edwards has been falsely claiming he is a peace candidate, despite the fact that he was the Democrat who convinced Congress to back the war in Iraq.  Edwards appears to be afraid of truth and is working to limit access to knowledge.  Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are opposed to the exclusion.  Edwards showed his support for the exclusion by saying, "I'm staying out of that. I don't get to set the rules for the debates.  I'll let the people who are in charge of the debates set the rules.  And I'll be there."  Now that the debates are rigged in your favor, we are sure you will, John.

John Edwards has long been the media darling.  He is the media's rich, white candidate who lives in a $30 million dollar mansion and who gets $1250 haircuts.  While he keeps up the line, "son of a mill workers," Edwards fails to include that his mill worker father was in mill management.  He loves the spotlight and appears to be getting away with anything.  It is doubtful that the media will ask him about an illegitimate child soon to be born to a girl he picked up in a bar and whom he had paid over $100,000 for low quality videos that were never used in the campaign.  What an example for our generation!  It is doubtful that the news media will ask Edwards why he has the lowest environmental rating of any Democratic candidate, ever.  He had a17% League of Conservation Voters rating his last year in Congress.  The media is connected to corporate polluters and he is their crowned candidate.

Ron Paul did better than Rudy Guiliani in Iowa but is among candidates on Fox's excluded list for their debate.

Despite having their phones ringing off the hook for days from complaining voters, the networks are bound and determined to misuse their power to falsify and misrepresent the election on behalf of crowned media candidates.  John Edwards, the candidate who most supports the exclusion, is standing against truth, American values and against fair elections.

There is one way that the voters can take back America and establish that democracy can triumph over election-rigging.  Those who care about democracy, who care about fair elections and who care about truth can fight back by saying "no" to John Edwards and by voting for the excluded candidates over anyone who appears in those election-defrauding debates.  The popular favorites of the two parties who are being excluded are Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul.  These two men led the opposition to the war in their respective parties.  They led the opposition to the Patriot Act, a bill John Edwards fought for in Congress.

Let freedom ring.  By voting Kucinich and Paul, Americans can send a clear message to election-riggers and to the mass media that they will not allow their elections to be bought.
