It is no surprise to anyone that NBC, owned by war profiteer General Electric, would use its broadcasting license to promote war.  That is how the war in Iraq started.  Initially, NBC sent Democratic peace candidate Dennis Kucinich, an invitation to NBC's Las Vegas debate.  Apparently, this did not sit well with parent company General Electric because NBC followed the invitation with a disinvitation.  Democratic candidate Dennis Kucinich had met all of NBC's criteria to be int he debate.  He hadn't met General Electric's apparent criteria of voting for the war or its continuation and funding.  Only those who voted for the war or its continuation and funding. allowed on the state in Vegas on January 15, 2007.    John Edwards led the battle to convince  the Senate Democrats to vote for war.  Hillary Clinton voted with John Edwards for war.  Barack Obama's war votes that continue the war and the funding exceed 25.  Kucinich opposed the war and all the funding.  That makes him very unwelcome at NBC.  Part of NBC's plan is to defraud voters into believing that only war profiteers are still running.  Will the public sue NBC over the deception?  Will NBC have to turn over part of its war profits to the public for this deception?  Time will tell.


National Public Radio has openly and falsely stated that Hillary Clinton is the only candidate left running in Michigan.   It was caught saying, "In fact, Hillary Clinton is the only candidate on the ballot, who's still in the race."  This if  blatantly false election information that appears to be an attempt to intentionally mislead the public into not voting or into not believing their ballot in an apparent effort to fix the primary in Michigan.  Members of the public are trying to get out the truth before tomorrow's vote.  It is not easy to get out truth when the public radio services are broadcasting lies.  Will the FEC file charges for election tampering?  Will NPR's and NBC's broadcasing licenses be pulled?

In 1984, the Ministry of Truth concocted lies that the public was told.  In 2008, NPR, NBC and ABC seem to be part of a moder-day Ministry of Truth, whose main goal is to prevent the public from knowing candidates who represent them are still in the race for President.
